Returns & Refunds Policy
At Turquoise Door Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. No reason is required.
Return Conditions
To be eligible, returned items must:
● Be new, unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
● Be returned in the original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals if any)
● Include a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Items that are used, damaged, soiled, altered, washed, or incomplete may be refused.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene or final-sale reasons): underwear, swimwear if hygienic seals are removed, personalized items, and “final sale” items clearly indicated at checkout.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Request authorization (RMA):
 Email us at contact@billingsquotes.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Step 2 — Packaging:
 Pack the item securely in appropriate packaging and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

Return Label & Costs
● For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (our error): we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
● For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, size/fit issues): return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Upon request, we can issue a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund.
Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Inspections & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 4 business days.
Refund Amount
● We refund the price of returned products that pass inspection.
● Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item).
● If a prepaid label was provided for customer-choice returns, the label cost may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery:
● Defective or damaged item
● Wrong item/size/color received
● Like-for-like exchange for an item in perfect, unworn condition (subject to availability)
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund per the terms above.
